Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hummbu. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details about order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and other important shipping information.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Time zone: Eastern Time (ET)

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that order processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping

Shipping time: 7–12 business days
Shipping cost for orders under $69: $9.99
Free standard shipping: Available on orders of $69 or more

Expedited Shipping

Shipping time: 5–7 business days
Shipping cost: $19.99

Shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Standard Shipping estimated total: 8–15 business days
Expedited Shipping estimated total: 6–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to countries or regions outside the United States. Orders submitted with an unsupported delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your order. Please allow additional time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@hummbu.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Hummbu is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address submitted by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please:

Review the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Check whether the carrier has posted a delay, delivery attempt, or address-related notice.
Contact us at support@hummbu.com if there is no tracking update or if you believe there is a problem with the shipment.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond and assist you within 24 business hours.

8. Important Shipping Notes

Delivery times are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.
Processing time and shipping time are separate and must be calculated together.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect shipping information, peak shopping seasons, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
